The Abbey Marina

Well known as one of the top tourist spots of the Midwest, Geneva Lake is located one hour northwest of Chicago on the Wisconsin-Illinois border with a reputation as a world-class destination for boaters. The Abbey Marina, established in 1963 with 300 slips, is now a 417-slip, full-service facility with the only protected harbor on the lake. The Abbey Marina provides safe harbor for boats ranging from 20’ to 50’.
In the fall of 2017, the crumbling infrastructure and wood dock system were in need of immediate attention. MariCorp US was hired to remove the existing docks and replace with modern galvanized steel floating docks. Without disruption of boating season, MariCorp US completed construction in one winter.
The Abbey Marina offers a clubhouse with showers and changing rooms, dock boxes, electrical service, fueling and pump-out services, wireless Internet, heated pool, two members-only bars, waste collection, and private security officers monitoring the marina nightly.
