Joe joined Maritime Dock Works with over 15 years of experience in the marine industry as well as experience in owning and operating his own business. Prior to joining Maritime, Joe operated Esiman Enterprises, a company that specialized in the seismic research industry.

The company manufactured custom environments for seismic research equipment. Joe has over 35 years of fabrication prototype specialism experience also. He has college experience in the field of Metallurgy from various colleges across the country.

Joe is responsible for the internal operating efforts of the company. His responsibilities include acting as a purchasing agent, quality control specialist, engineer, internal production manager, product development manager, and aiding in business platform development. Joe also advises on risk management and scheduling efforts.
