Scott Fitzpatrick was raised in the marine industry in and around Shell Knob, Missouri.  During his childhood, Scott was actively involved in several family businesses, all of which were marine driven. In 2003, Scott founded MariCorp U.S. as a marine repair firm. Under his direction, with the help of a superb workforce, MariCorp has developed from a regional marine contractor to one whose products cover bodies of water from coast to coast. Scott has focused MariCorp on the inland commercial marina design/build market, and has overseen the company as it entered the marine general contracting and government contracting markets. Secondarily, he has developed MariCorp's subsidiary brand air port boat lifts, in order to provide a cost effective boat lift package for marina customers who are in the market for both a dock product as well as boat lift products. He has also developed the Bloc Doc brand, a modular product designed for the residential customer on a small lake or pond, and has managed the process of contracting to have the Bloc Doc product available for retail customers with one of the largest marine retailers in the world.

Scott currently manages the long term development of MariCorp U.S. and manages the day to day operations of the company through the company's CFO, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Business Development. He also frequents the company's jobsites, spends time in the manufacturing facility, and travels with the company's Project Development Managers to preliminary meetings with prospective clients.

Scott holds five Marine General Contractor's Licenses for MariCorp Southeast, our General Contracting Affiliate, in the states of Arkansas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Alabama. He has aided in or overseen the design and building of marinas and docks in every climate and in most of the 50 states and several countries. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia (Mizzou) with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with and emphasis in Business Management. He lives in Shell Knob, Missouri, and is an active member, with MariCorp, in all major Marina Associations, including, AMI, MRA, KMA, TMA, OMA, MAT, and SOBA, as well as many events and associations in and around Shell Knob and Barry County, Missouri.
